PolydadmacThe product is cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer and it is inorganic solvent after completely dissolved in water.
Performance:
1) The polymer body contains strong cationic groups and active adsorption groups, which can lead to suspended particles and water-soluble substances containing negatively charged genes in water destabilize and flocculate through electrostatic neutralization and adsorption bridging. It has significant effects in decolorization, sterilization, and removal of organic matter.
2) This product has a low dosage, large flocs, fast settling speed, low residual turbidity, and low sludge production when used.
3) The pH value has a wide adaptability range, between 0.5-14
4) The product is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, and can be widely used for source water purification and sewage treatment.Application:
1) It can be used for decolorization, flocculation, and purification in water treatment processes, with high efficiency and no toxicity.
2) It can be used as a superior formaldehyde free color fixing agent in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, forming a film on fabrics and improving dyeing fastness.
3) It can be used as a retention and filtration aid in papermaking additives, and paper coating is anti-static.
4) In daily chemical products, it can be used as a combing agent, wetting agent, soap conditioning modifier, and anti-static agent for shampoo.
5) In oilfield chemicals, it can be used as a flocculant, water blocking agent, clay stabilizer, drilling fluid treatment agent, etc.
The main functions are electrical neutralization, adsorption, flocculation, purification, and decolorization, especially as a modifier for synthetic resins
Endow conductivity and anti-static properties. It is commonly used in the paper industry to increase the hanging rate of pulp.Usage and precautions:
1) When used alone, a dilute solution should be prepared, generally with a concentration of 0.5% -0.05%.
2) When dealing with different source water and wastewater, the dosage is determined based on the turbidity and concentration of the treated water. The optimal dosage can be determined through small-scale experiments.
3) It is important to carefully choose the place of placement and mixing speed, so that it can be ensure evenly mixed with the material while avoiding the breakage of flocs.
4) It is advisable to add continuously.
5)The product is non flammable and explosive, and should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
6) Long term storage may result in layered, and does not affect its effectiveness if using it after mixing
7) Solid is dried by airflow or oven drying.Packaging and Storage:
The packaging is made in 210 kg plastic drums or 1100 kg IBC drums.
